Thanksgiving..

What exactly is Thanksgiving?

Thanksgiving, people think about it as: food, turkey, family, and football. We I think it as a time to give thank. Me, I am thankful that Jesus Christ died on the cross for my sins. I am also thankful so much of my dad of what he has taught me.

God himself coming down to Earth, picture that. God had a son named Jesus. He was perfect in every way. He lived a life teaching the Gospel. When he was praying with his disciples, Jesus was captured and taken prisoner by the Roman soldiers. They nailed Jesus to the cross for all, not some, all of our sins. In scripture it states that “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only son to die, so whoever believes in him will have eternal life” John 3:16.Beffore Jesus died, people had to kill the perfect female animal. Three days after Jesus died, he rose again. I give so much thanks to Jesus Christ.

I also give a lot of thanks to my dad. He is the one who always thinks of ways to encourage me. He knows ways to help me on multiple stuff like: how I have trouble on the piano, he’ll tell me what notes to play. When I have problems how to do homework, he’ll usually Knows the answer, “Go ask Ben”.

Being thankful is always a good thing. I am thankful that that Jesus Christ died for my sins. Thankful I am of my dad of everything he has done for me. What are you thankful for?

Why?

I wanted a new way to release.. Release what? I really don't know.. My thoughts.. My feelings.. My hopes .. My dreams..

We can live if we are living with Him and having the desire to give Him control of our lives completely.

Yesterday in the blink of an eye, a friend of mine nearly died. She had an severe allergic reaction to nuts and she stopped breathing. Due to some heroic efforts of my co-workers, she was given CPR and was saved.

We need to realize that life is a gift, every minute of every day. We don't know when Jesus will extend His hand and call us into His presence. We need to live our lives to His glory, to be an example of Him in everything that we do..
