I visited my PS today and got a clean bill of health and the clearance to work out again... Yay!
It was a rough past weeks. I was having issues with post healing, stitches underneath each breast and it was causing depression. Last night was the first time since the surgery that I was able to be be with Joe without a tank on... I know TMI..
My grandpa died yesterday and it has been rough that way too. I have been dealing with issues with my mom and I will have to talk to her about it because resentment has of the lack of concern during my recovery..
